From
the M5 follow the A380 signposted Torquay. At Penn Inn Roundabout,
Newton Abbot, take the road to Torquay. At the 9th set of traffic
lights turn right into Avenue Road (Torre Station). Turn right
at the 1st set of traffic lights into Old Mill Road.
Follow
the road ahead past the Old Mill shops, then take the second right
into Ashefield Road and first left into Ruckamore Road - Linden
House is along the road on your left.
